Q: How can I check my order status and the shipping updates?
All Bantam pre-orders are expected to ship by October 7th. Keep checking this page for weekly updates on shipping status.

Q: When will I receive my Bantam?
Bantam orders will ship on a first come - first served basis. We suggest placing your order at your earliest convenience to take advantage of any current offers and to be ahead in the waiting list as we get closer to shipment. We expect to ship all pre-orders by October 7th.
Q: Can I cancel my pre-order?
You can cancel a pre-order payment as long as your unit has not yet shipped. Once your order has been shipped, we cannot process a cancellation.
Q: Will I get charged when I pre-order or when the device is delivered?
The only way we can reserve your device during pre-order is to charge your card.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards - Visa, MasterCard, and others. We also accept PayPal and Amazon Pay.
Q: What is the shipping cost?
We offer free ground shipping for all domestic orders. We also ship internationally, where rates are calculated at checkout when you enter your shipping address.
Q: Does the device have a warranty? What is it?
